Booking
By booking an appointment, you automatically accept the price list and the salon policy.
Please note that if your nails are damaged or show signs of infection, the service may be partially or fully refused.
Appointments can be made through the booking link on my profile, available 24/7.
Your booking is valid only after I confirm it, and you will receive a confirmation email once it has been approved.
Arrival & Delays
Please arrive on time and without companions.
Arrive no more than 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
A delay of up to 5 minutes can usually be accommodated.
If you are 5–15 minutes late, only the Basic Package can be provided.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the full service fee must be paid, and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel within 24 hours, 50% of the service fee is due and must be paid at your next appointment.
If you do not show up and fail to cancel, 100% of the service fee will be charged before a new appointment can be booked.
Illness is, of course, an exception.
Guarantee
All my work comes with a 1-week guarantee.
If any material or workmanship issue occurs within this period, I will repair it free of charge and with priority.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash or card at the salon, at the end of the service.
Bank transfer and credit are not available.
For cash payments, please bring the exact amount, as change may not always be available.
